Air Tickets – full service from Zbor.md

Finding a cheap ticket on the airline’s website is easy. The difficulties start later: the card doesn’t go through, flights from different carriers cannot be combined in one order, and baggage and check-in rules differ for every low-cost airline.

Zbor.md combines global search capabilities. We solve the technical and legal issues that arise when booking airline tickets.

Why buying tickets through us is more advantageous than searching on your own

In practice, independent booking often leads to overpayment and stress. Here’s what we do differently:

  • We combine flights from different airlines in a single order. A “one-way” ticket with Flyone and a “return” ticket with Turkish Airlines – all processed as a single booking with one confirmation number. 
  • We accept any payment method. International and Moldovan cards, payment terminals, cash at the office in Chișinău, or via MIA. 

Main problems when buying tickets and how we solve them

Flight cancellation or schedule change

Problem: The airline changes the schedule or cancels the flight. Support doesn’t answer and refunds take months.

Zbor.md solution: We take communication with the carrier on ourselves. In case of disruption, our operator offers alternative routes within 2–4 hours or initiates a refund procedure with full support until the money is received, and our partners SkyHelp help obtain compensation for your time.

Online check-in for the flight

Problem: You forgot to check in in advance: the low-cost airline charges extra. Not all passengers monitor the check-in opening (usually 24–48 hours before departure).

Zbor.md solution: Our managers register you for the flight for free and send the boarding pass via Viber, Telegram or email. You only need to present it at the airport (on your phone or printed).

Corporate flights and group bookings

For whom: Companies in Moldova, group tour organizers, corporate trips.

What we do:

  • We book tickets for groups from 9 people with a fixed price for the whole group.
  • We prepare a complete accounting package: contract, invoice, service act in accordance with RM legislation.
