Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6 para. (1) lit. f) of Law No. 195/2024 of the Republic of Moldova / Art. 6 para. (1) lit. f) of GDPR).

Core Functionality

These cookies are necessary to ensure the proper functioning of the site and its essential features, such as travel service bookings and ticket issuance.

Storage period: Up to one year.

Legal basis: Your consent (Art. 6 para. (1) lit. a) of Law No. 195/2024 of the Republic of Moldova / Art. 6 para. (1) lit. a) of GDPR).

Security

These cookies are necessary to ensure the required level of security of the site, such as user authentication for secure payment and fraud prevention. If you disable these cookies, the protection level of your account will be reduced.

Storage period: Session cookies — are deleted when the browser is closed. Other Security cookies are stored for up to 60 calendar days.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6 para. (1) lit. f) of Law No. 195/2024 of the Republic of Moldova / Art. 6 para. (1) lit. f) of GDPR) — ensuring user and site security.

Marketing

These cookies are used to carry out marketing activities and improve online advertising performance. These cookies allow us to place personalized and relevant advertising from third-party partners. We may upload your user identifiers obtained from these cookies to the Ads partner platform to help improve the personalization of our advertising.

Marketing cookies are disabled by default. Without your consent, marketing cookies will not be activated. You may withdraw your consent at any time via cookie settings.

Marketing cookies are activated only after obtaining your explicit consent.

These cookies also include Google Ads / Google Analytics cookies with Google Signals integration, which allow us to display our advertisements on other websites within the Google Display Network.

These cookies are used to help us understand how you use the website (for example, the language you have selected), to improve your user experience, and to use third-party analytics servers, without using them for advertising purposes on other websites.

The data is collected in a pseudonymized form (associated with a unique identifier of your browser, without containing your name or other directly identifying information) and is not used to display advertisements to you on other websites.

We do not control third-party organizations' cookies. To manage them, please consult the corresponding privacy policies of these organizations.

Some third-party services whose cookies are used on our site may store data outside the Republic of Moldova, including in EU countries or in the United States of America.

In such cases, we ensure the protection of your data through:

  • Standard Contractual Clauses, approved by the European Commission or the National Center for Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Moldova;
  • Adequacy decisions (for example, for EU countries, data transfer is permitted without additional conditions);
  • Data Processing Agreements (DPA) with each service provider.

Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. and Microsoft Corporation, through whose tools personal data are processed, are listed in the Data Privacy Framework List and, insofar as transfers of personal data are carried out under the conditions provided for by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, such transfers benefit from the protection mechanism recognized by Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795 of 10 July 2023 pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the adequate level of protection of personal data provided by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (notified under document number C(2023) 4745).

In this regard, transfers of personal data to organizations in the United States of America that are included in the Data Privacy Framework List may be carried out on the basis of Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795 without the need to rely on other transfer mechanisms provided for in Chapter V of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), provided that the applicable conditions are met.

The Commission Decision provides that the United States ensures an adequate level of protection for personal data transferred to organizations in the United States included in the Data Privacy Framework List.

Google LLC, Meta Platforms, Inc. and Microsoft Corporation have an “Active” status in the Data Privacy Framework List. Depending on the scope and coverage of each organization’s certification, such certification may cover the processing of both HR and non-HR personal data. V. Your Rights Regarding Personal Data Protection

In accordance with Law No. 195/2024 of the Republic of Moldova, you have the following rights regarding personal data, including data collected through cookies:

Right to data erasure You may request the deletion of your data collected through cookies, in case legal grounds exist.
Right to rectification You have the right to request the rectification of inaccurate personal data or completion of incomplete personal data.

Right to restriction of processing You have the right to request restriction of personal data processing in cases provided by applicable law, including when you contest the accuracy of personal data or when processing is contested.
Right to personal data portability You have the right to receive personal data in a structured format, in accordance with applicable legislation.
