Dear customers, Thank you for your interest in Zbor.md services.

The website www.zbor.md (hereinafter "site"), intended for online booking services - sale of plane tickets, belongs, as author/owner/administrator, to the Tourist Agency "EXPLOR TUR" SRL, IDNO: 1012600013482 , with headquarters located at str. 31 August 1989, no. 64, p.m. Chisinau, Republic of Moldova, MD-2012 (hereinafter "the Agency").

We aim to provide visitors and users of the site with a safe online experience that does not in any way affect their personal lives. The Agency has committed itself through the Privacy Statement to respect the privacy of website visitors and users. We take data protection, security and compliance with data protection and privacy laws seriously.

Therefore, we pay particular attention to the protection of the privacy of users who access our website and undertake to process safely and only for the specified purposes, the personal data provided to us in accordance with:

Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data ("GDPR"),
Law of the Republic of Moldova no. 133 of 08.07.2011 on the protection of personal data,

The requirements for ensuring the security of personal data when processing them within the personal data information systems, approved by Government Decision no. 1123 of 14.12.2010 and

The terms "personal data", "personal data processing", "operator", "third party", "subject of personal data" have the meaning defined in article 3 of Law RM 133/2011, but in any case, personal data means any data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person, regardless of the form or format in which such data exists.

II. What kind of personal data do we collect and process?

You can navigate most pages of this site without having to provide personal data. In some cases, however, in order to be able to provide you with the requested services, such data is needed, namely to carry out online operations (reservations, purchase of tickets, medical insurance, filling in forms, creating your account on the website our, subscribing to our services, etc.), only for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.

The provision of personal data by the client is an act of trust on the part of the client and the Agency will take the necessary measures to justify the trust granted.

Any processing of personal data, with the exception of the processing expressly mentioned in Law RM 133/2011, can only be carried out if the data subject has given his consent unequivocally, in written or electronic form, or by using the means of electronic communication of the data subject regarding the intended processing.

To the extent that special categories of personal data are required, the Agency will request your consent in accordance with the provisions of art. 6 para. (1) lit. (a) from Law 133/2011.

We receive and store any information you enter on the site, provide to the Customer Support Service and the Agency in any other way, to the extent necessary only to provide the services or to perform the contractual relationship with you. Also, the personal data may be collected and processed automatically when you use this website (for example, through cookies).

When you use the website, the Agency receives, collects, stores and processes the following personal data:

  • name, first name, patronymic, date of birth, gender, citizenship, mobile phone number, home address/residence and e-mail;
  • the data of documents that are necessary for identification purposes (for example, passport number and series, validity period);
  • the last 4 digits of the payment card number;
  • log files (IP address, browser type, referring/exit pages and URLs, number of clicks and interaction with the site, domain names, landing pages/content, pages/content viewed, ID device and device location);
  • profile information (preferences, your search history data, booking history data, travel plans and other information about you);
  • user content (opinions and comments you upload to the site);
  • user behavior (your activity on the Platform, time and location of login, comments and uploads);
  • any other information you voluntarily place on the site;
  • personal data collected through cookies (see below).

We may also request additional information, which may include "sensitive" personal data (for example, information that can identify your health or religious beliefs) in order to provide you with the highest possible level of service. This information may be related to your preferences related to the choice of seat in means of transport or hotels, menus, the need for additional accompaniment or the use of additional equipment when using the Services. Such "sensitive" information is provided on your own initiative and with your explicit consent and only if the provision of the services would be impossible without such "sensitive" information. The sharing of such sensitive personal data with third parties may be required during the provision of services requested by us based on mandatory legal provisions.

We also offer the possibility to register and create an account through your existing social network profile (such as Facebook). In this case, your login information (name and email address) will be imported from your social network account. Important to note, when you use this option, we may receive certain information through that social network, such as your name, age, location, preferences, occupation and other information from your public profile. Not all of this information is requested by us, but it is provided automatically by the social network provider by using the "social sign-on" option. However, we will only use the information that is necessary to create your account and will delete unnecessary data after receiving any other information. After you have created your account, you will have the opportunity to complete it with any information that you wish to share and that is necessary to provide the services.

The data of another subject of personal data. The Agency processes personal data of minors exclusively in cases where this information is provided by parents or their legal representatives and only for the purpose of creating a reservation. If the Agency detects the case of use of the site by a minor and provision of personal data by them or in the case of requests from parents or legal representatives regarding the deletion of personal data, this information will be deleted within a reasonable time, and the Agency will make every effort to prevent the storage and processing of minors' personal data.

Automatic data collection and cookies. Like most websites and mobile applications, we use automatic collection of information about you, cookies and social media plug-ins, provided that you have given your consent to their use (for example through the banner on our website), to optimize our services and the website, except in cases where cookies are necessary for the strictly technical functioning of the website.

  • calculate bonuses if you participate in our loyalty programs "Bonus Program";

  • satisfy your claims;

  • solve any problems that may arise in connection with the fulfillment of the terms of the Terms and Conditions;

IV. Data storage

When we have no ongoing legitimate need to process your personal data, we will delete or depersonalize it or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal data has been stored in archives in accordance with applicable law), then we will keep your personal data safe and isolate it from any further processing until possible deletion. In any case, personal data will be processed until consent is withdrawn.

V. Transfer of your data

If necessary for the proper provision of the services selected and reserved by you, we transfer your personal data to third parties because the services cannot be provided without such a transfer.

You confirm and agree that, in order to provide the services, the Agency may transmit your personal data to recipients located outside the Republic of Moldova and Europe or countries that do not ensure an adequate level of data protection, in order to obtain the appropriate level of ordered services. Thus, your personal data can be accessed by persons authorized by the operator and service providers in countries that do not offer the same level of data protection as in the European Economic Area. The storage and processing of your personal data may be carried out on servers and sources owned/leased by the Agency, operators or independent contractors, which may be located in any country in the world (including but not limited to the countries of the European Union or the European Economic Area , USA, Canada).

Therefore, the Agency, if applicable, will take all reasonable measures in relation to the recipients of your personal data, which is necessary to ensure an appropriate level of protection, as defined by the law on the protection of personal data in force, in particular by applying contractual clauses that provide that the country to which the data is transferred provides an adequate level of data protection.

You are aware and agree that, based on your chosen travel destination, your personal data may be transferred to countries (country of registration/operation of operators, airports, etc.) where an adequate level of data protection cannot be ensured personal.

Changes take effect on the date of their publication. You should independently check for updates to this site on a regular basis.
