IN WHICH SITUATIONS CAN'T THE Zbor.md BONUSES BE USED?

The Zbor.md bonuses can only be accumulated if the reservation was made online. Bonuses for phone or in-office bookings by a Zbor.md agent will not be able to be added to an existing Zbor.md account.

HOW TO USE Zbor.md BONUSES?

To use the bonuses when booking hotel services or air tickets, you must have at least 4000 points in your account.

You can pay up to 99% of the ticket price using Zbor.md Bonuses. The remaining amount will have to be paid by the Buyer.

At the time of booking, You must mention in the special field provided that you want to use the Zbor.md Bonuses already accumulated . Therefore, the price of your ticket will be reduced.

The buyer is not obliged to use the accumulated bonuses.

Zbor.md bonuses can be used only by the person who accumulated them in the Personal Account, namely, the Buyer, who previously purchased tickets.

The Holder of Bonuses Zbor.md cannot offer or transfer his points to another user.

Under no circumstances can Zbor.md Bonuses be exchanged for money and subsequently transferred to the Buyer.

If the ticket is not used or lost, the order is canceled or the tickets are returned, for any reason, the used Zbor.md Bonuses cannot be refunded.

RETURN OF TICKETS PAID WITH BONUSES

The buyer can return the tickets bought through Bonuses Zbor.md. The procedure for canceling the purchased ticket and the refund procedure is carried out according to the rules of the Zbor.md website.

Depending on the service, the carrier and the conditions of tariff, it is possible to completely cancel the order, certain separate flight segments (for plane tickets), or some ordered tickets (if the order was made for several Passengers). If the order price was paid using Zbor.md Bonuses, the bonuses spent to pay for the order cannot be returned, regardless of the form of reimbursement.

The amount paid will be returned to the Buyer according to the general rules on Zbor.md.

The amount of money refunded to the Buyer will not exceed the amount paid by him for the order made.

The Zbor.md bonuses, transferred to pay for the order, will be withdrawn from the Buyer's bonus account, for each returned ticket.

If a ticket is returned, the bonuses accumulated for the booking operations will be withdrawn from the customer's bonus account, for each ticket returned.
