SkyUp Airlines will operate the following routes:

Chișinău ↔ Paris Beauvais (BVA) – starting April 18, 2025, twice a week (Mondays and Fridays).

Chișinău ↔ Heraklion (HER) – starting April 19, 2025, three times a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays).

Chișinău ↔ Thessaloniki (SKG) – starting May 20, 2025, every Tuesday.

Chișinău ↔ Larnaca (LCA) – starting April 17, 2025, three times a week (Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays).

Chișinău ↔ Lisbon (LIS) – starting April 18, 2025, every Friday.

Chișinău ↔ Alicante (ALC) – starting May 19, 2025, every Monday and Friday.

Chișinău ↔ Barcelona (BCN) – starting April 23, 2025, three times a week (Mondays, Wednesdays, and Saturdays).

Chișinău ↔ Palma de Mallorca (PMI) – starting May 24, 2025, every Wednesday and Saturday.
