Lufthansa returns to Moldova with new direct flights to its hubs

In the subsequent decades, Lufthansa demonstrated significant growth and became one of the leading international airlines. In the 1960s, it introduced long-haul flights on Boeing 707 aircraft and became the world's first airline to operate this type of aircraft.

Starting from May 1, 2024, Lufthansa is returning with flights from Chisinau to popular destinations such as Frankfurt, Munich, Dusseldorf, Berlin, Podgorica, Basel, and Helsinki.
