Michelin Culinary Experiences at 10,000 Meters Altitude with LOT Polish Airlines

LOT Polish Airlines brings an added touch of sophistication to your long-haul flights. Business Class passengers now have the opportunity to enjoy a special menu created by Bartosz Szymczak, the head chef of the Michelin-starred restaurant Rozbrat 20.

For the first time, passengers can pre-order the main course from the gourmet menu, experiencing exceptional flavors at 10,000 meters altitude. The menus are available free of charge to Business Class passengers, who can place their pre-orders up to 24 hours before departure. The current menu is available from August 14, 2025 – January 31, 2026, after which it will be refreshed with new culinary creations.

The special menu is available on the following long-haul routes operated by LOT Polish Airlines:

1. Warsaw – all destinations in the USA

2. Warsaw – Toronto (YYZ)

3. Warsaw – Seoul (ICN)

4. Warsaw – Tokyo (NRT)

5. Warsaw – Delhi (DEL) and Mumbai (BOM)

The menu includes the following dishes:

1. Sous-vide salmon with prawn croquette and zucchini purée with roasted pepper and basil sauce

2. Veal with apple confit and foie gras in morel sauce, accompanied by pickled vegetables

3. Tender lobster served with asparagus and vegetable salad in a citrus marinade with herbs and lime

4. Lasagna with ricotta and spinach under a truffle béchamel and creamy tomato sauce

5. Slow-braised beef Burgundy style with new potatoes and glazed carrots
