Free city tours: Each season, Zbor.md employees participate in various team-building events abroad on behalf of the company.

Sergei Kucheryavy has been working at the company for 15 years and is one of the longest-serving employees. He states that he is fully satisfied with the opportunities provided by Zbor.md. Recently, our colleague visited Prague during his vacation.

"I felt really good when I found out I was chosen to participate in this mini-adventure. I came back from the city with very good impressions. I also got to know my colleagues better. I already know what each of them is like and what topics I can discuss with them," Sergei told us, who has also been on other trips with his colleagues.

Anastasia Verdesh also went on vacation to one of the most romantic cities in the world - Paris.

"I was lucky, and I am amazed that I won because I'm not very lucky with such things. Being a ticket sales agent, I've seen the stages of a passenger's journey from the first step in the airport to the last step in the destination city. I gathered a great team with my colleagues, and every evening we organized a meeting where we made a plan for the next day so as not to waste a moment. I would say that such trips unite us. Even if we don't always agree on certain aspects, in the end, we find a compromise. I believe that this kind of activity should be organized more often so that everyone can relax a bit, but also familiarize themselves with the work of each airport - after all, this is our field!" Anastasia enthusiastically shared.

Zbor.md's CEO, Victor Afteni, claims that this tradition was inspired by airlines and aimed at creating a well-rounded employee to meet the needs of the ticket sales agency's clients.

"It's a quite old tradition, laid down by airlines: to know the ticket-selling process and the process in which the passenger travels to the airport, the destination point, and then home. An employee should know not only how to sell but also what each route consists of. It's more professional when you sell plane tickets and know the airports of Istanbul, Barcelona, Warsaw, or others, and can give advice to clients," the CEO of Zbor.md told us.

Although the company incurs certain expenses for organizing these city vacations, Victor Afteni is extremely satisfied that he can contribute to the professional development of his employees, which indirectly brings success and prestige to the company.
