Terms of use

The terms, notions and general conditions regulate the relationship between Zbor.md and the User/Client regarding the use and purchase of airline ticket reservation services and other available tourist services.


Zbor.md is a platform for the online sale of plane tickets, as well as other tourist services. For services paid in MDL, payments are processed by the "EXPLOR TUR" SRL trading company, INDO 1012600013482, with headquarters MD-2004, Chisinau municipality, sec. Centru, str. 31 August 1989, 64, Republic of Moldova through BC Victoriabank SA and BC MAIB SA (banks registered in the Republic of Moldova).


And for services paid in currency other than MDL (EUR, USD, etc.) payments are processed by EMA Plus Solutions SRL Commercial Registry J40/19757/2017 | CUI RO38540407 Victoria Business Park, Bucharest municipality, Șoseaua București-Ploiesti no. 73-81, floor 4, building no. 4, office 20, 013685 through NETOPIA Payments, payment system managed by NETOPIA FINANCIAL SERVICES SRL (company registered in Romania) .


These terms and conditions, which may be amended from time to time, apply directly or indirectly (through distributors) to all our services available online, by e-mail, by telephone. By accessing, browsing and using our website/software and/or by making a booking, you confirm and agree that you have read, understood and agreed to all the terms and conditions set out below, without limitation, in case of disagree with the points described, you can not use the services offered.


These pages, the content and infrastructure of these pages and the online booking service offered on these pages and through this website (the "service") are owned, operated and provided by www.ZBOR.MD.md ("ZBOR.MD", "we ”, “our” or “our”) and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use only, subject to the terms and conditions below.


Airline ticket conditions


At the time of booking, you will be shown the payment terms provided by the airlines. For the reservations of the airline companies, most of the airline companies request that the ticket payment be made within 24 to 48 hours, during which time Zbor.md guarantees the availability of seats and fares. You will find this information available on the page and in the booking confirmation email. If the payment is not made within the communicated interval, the airline reserves the right to automatically cancel the tickets.


For low cost tickets, FLY ONE and plane tickets with Intelligent Connections, reservations cannot be made without the payment being recorded in the Zbor.md accounts, therefore Zbor.md does not guarantee the reservation of the seats and the rates communicated at the time of the reservation request . They will only be guaranteed after payment is made and flight tickets are issued.


Attention: between the time of making reservation requests on the website or by phone and the time of paying the plane tickets and viewing the payment in the Zbor.md account by its employees, changes in rates may appear or seats may no longer be available. In these situations, Zbor.md will notify the passengers and communicate the next fare or propose new flight options to meet their needs.


Cancellations/Changes


If you wish to cancel or change the reserved or purchased service (and the Transport Service Provider allows this), it is your responsibility to inform Zbor.md in writing or by telephone of your intentions. In certain cases, you may not be able to cancel / modify plane tickets or you will have to comply with certain requirements for these actions. Zbor.md or the transport service provider accepts all forms of written requests. Zbor.md The transport service provider cannot cancel / modify the plane ticket before receiving your firm request.


In the event of a change to a reservation (including, but not limited to, voluntary or involuntary cancellations, refunds, name changes), Zbor.md reserves the right to apply certain fees to cover the administrative costs that may result from this action . These fees differ from the fees imposed directly by the Transport Service Provider.


In case of cancellation of plane tickets for voluntary reasons, the service fee charged at the time of ticket issuance is not refunded.


In case of force majeure and not only, the airline may cancel or delay the flight, as well as cancel the reservation without prior notification to the Passenger, following which the money will be returned to the passenger or new flight options will be proposed. In all these cases, the passenger will either be informed directly by the airline or by Zbor.md representatives.


The tariff rules imposed by the airlines regarding the change or cancellation of paid flight tickets are displayed at the time of booking. After payment, the change or cancellation of plane tickets is carried out strictly according to those tariff rules.


Luggages


Each airline has its own baggage rules. This information is presented to you on the website, during the booking process or by Zbor.md consultants, by phone.


For some airlines, hand and/or checked baggage is included in the price communicated on the website. For low cost airlines and some scheduled airlines, baggage is charged separately from the ticket price and this information will be provided to you during the booking process. Baggage can be purchased at the time of making the reservation or after issuing the plane tickets, but no later than the check-in.


Each airline has different limits (number of kilograms or length/width/height) for hand or checked baggage. If you do not fit within these dimensions, the airline has the right to charge you extra.


Check-in


Check-in at the airport can be done both for the line companies and for the low-cost ones, but for the low-cost ones, FLY ONE and UIA, an additional fee is paid at the time of registration. To avoid paying an additional fee, Zbor.md recommends that you check-in online before your flight. Information about online check-in will be communicated to you by Zbor.md agents at the time of making the reservation. Upon request, a Zbor.md agent will perform your check-in and upload it to your reservation from where you can later download your boarding passes. Printing of boarding passes is mandatory for certain airlines and you will be notified by our agents. Zbor.md offers this service free of charge and is under no obligation to do so. The passenger is responsible for making, printing and presenting the boarding passes at check-in.


Smart Connections


The online plane ticket site Zbor.md offers its Users an application Conexiuni Inteligente (hereinafter referred to as "Conexiuni Inteligente"), which represents an advanced search algorithm for flight combinations.


Combinations found using the Smart Connections application include two or more flights of one or more airlines, but each flight is offered as a separate service, and the airlines do not cooperate in creating such a flight option. The flight option found through the unique Intelligent Connections algorithm will be referred to hereafter as "Flight Option". The purchase of tickets for a specific Intelligent Connection Flight Option does not constitute the purchase of a single plane ticket for the entire itinerary, with one or more connections. When deciding to buy the plane tickets found using Intelligent Connections, the User will formally make a RESERVATION for each separate ticket, of one or more airlines.


Taking into account that the User buys separate tickets for each flight as part of the Flight Option and since the configurations of the flight connections may provide a short period of time for the connection (taking into account the search criteria indicated by the User and the availability of the flights), in the purchase of tickets for a Flight Option with Intelligent Connections, there may be a risk of flight cancellation, delay or time change, so that the inability to use the subsequent flight or flights in the Flight Option may result.


When the search results with the Intelligent Connections feature provide information that the Flight Option is covered by the Zbor.md Guarantee, this means that when purchasing tickets as part of this Flight Option, the User will receive from Zbor.md, help for the cases and strictly according to the conditions described as follows in the Zbor.md Guarantee - click here - https://www.zbor.md/ro/garantia-zbormd


Separate Flights - Flight options with Intelligent Connections, highlighted by the phrase "Separate Flights", are not covered by the Zbor.md Guarantee. All risk for missing flights is with the passenger


Major force


"Force majeure" means unpredictable events caused by natural phenomena: earthquake, landslide, fire, drought, strong wind, torrential rain, flood, frost, snowfall, etc. Or economic or social circumstances: revolution, belligerent state, blockade, strike, bankruptcy, state ban on import or export, epidemic, etc. The list of such phenomena and circumstances is not exhaustive.


The event can be recognized as force majeure only if its existence objectively led to the impossibility of fulfilling the contractual obligations or to their non-compliant fulfillment.


According to art. 904 art.1 Civil Code of the Republic of Moldova: Justification due to an impediment (1) Non-execution of the debtor's obligation is justified if it is due to an impediment beyond the debtor's control and if the debtor could not reasonably be asked to avoid or overcome the impediment or its consequences. (2) If the obligation arose from a contract or other legal act, non-performance is not justified if the debtor could reasonably have taken into account the impediment at the time of conclusion. (3) If the justifying impediment is only temporary, the justification produces effects during the existence of the impediment. However, if the delay acquires the features of essential non-execution, the creditor can resort to the legal means of defense based on such non-execution. (4) If the justifying impediment is permanent, the obligation is extinguished. The correlative obligation is also extinguished. In the case of contractual obligations, the restitutionary effects of this extinguishment are regulated by the provisions of art. 926-932, which apply accordingly. (5) The debtor has the obligation to ensure that the creditor receives a notification about the impediment and its effects on the ability to perform, within a reasonable time after the debtor knew or should have known these circumstances. The creditor has the right to compensation for any damage resulting from the failure to receive said notification. (6) The justifying impediment does not exempt the debtor from paying compensation if the impediment appeared after the non-execution of the obligation, unless the creditor could not, anyway, because of the impediment, benefit from the execution of the obligation.


1. SERVICES


1.1 Through the website www.ZBOR.MD.md and/or the specialized software, the company "EXPLOR-TUR" SRL and its affiliated partners offer a dynamic online database for booking and paying for plane tickets, with the help of which when , formulated by the customer through a special search form, all available flight options and their prices can be displayed on the web page at the time of questioning. By completing the reservation form, provided by the website www.ZBOR.md and/or the specialized software, the customer reserves a flight option.


1.2 The information provided on our web page when asking the customer about the flight options and their prices represents the information of the airlines that operate the requested routes.


1.3 Through this website, we (www.ZBOR.MD.md and affiliated (distribution) partners) offer an online platform through which all types of temporary accommodation (e.g. hotels, motels, hostels and B&Bs, called ˝accommodation /cazări˝) can promote their rooms to be booked, and through which website visitors can make these reservations. By reserving a room through ZBOR.MD, you enter into a contractual relationship (legally binding) directly with the accommodation unit where you make the reservation. From the moment you make the reservation, the ZBOR.MD Company acts only as an intermediary between the user and the accommodation unit, transmitting the details of the user's booking of the relevant accommodation unit and sending the User a confirmation email for and on behalf of the accommodation unit.


1.4 Each supplier remains responsible at all times for the accuracy, integrity and correctness of the (descriptive) information (including prices and availability) presented on our website. Our website does not constitute and should not be regarded as a recommendation or endorsement of quality , level of service or classification of any accommodation that is available.


1.5 The services of the ZBOR.MD company are available exclusively for personal and non-commercial use. Therefore, the user is not allowed to resell, use, copy, monitor, display, save or reproduce any content or information, software, products or services available on the ZBOR.MD website for any commercial or competitive activity or purpose.


1.6 Our web page is not and should not be interpreted as a recommendation or guarantee for the benefit (quality, service level or rating) of any proposed flight option.


1.7 For each specific request, at each determined moment in time, the dynamic database forms a variant of the current tourist services at the time of the request, and which corresponds to the actual situation of service availability according to the criteria requested by the user/client.


1.8 Any reservation made at ZBOR.MD will be considered as the user's intention to purchase a specific tourist product or service from the Tourist Service Provider. If the user/client's request will be accepted, ZBOR.MD sends a confirmation email.


1.9 All tourist services published on the website and/or through the ZBOR.MD software are subject to the availability of Tourist Service Providers. The terms and conditions of the Tourist Service Provider (including the passenger transport rules imposed by the airlines) will apply in addition to the Terms and Conditions stipulated by ZBOR.MD.


1.10 The terms of the Tourist Service Providers may include provisions regarding different payment procedures, obligations, cancellations, changes to reservations and refunds (if applicable) or other restrictions. Some airlines may impose additional fees. ZBOR.MD is not responsible for the costs that may occur during transfers from one airport to another or from one terminal to another.


1.11 ZBOR.MD is not responsible for the collection of various local taxes, additional by some hotels


1.12 The Customer/Passenger is directly responsible for complying with the conditions imposed by the Tourist Service Provider regarding boarding times, reconfirmation of flights or any other rules.


2. CONDITIONS. TICKETING.


2.1 Seat reservations for flights are made with the help of international computerized reservation systems, which allow ZBOR.MD access to the company's database and the effective reservation of seats for a specific flight in favor of potential passengers.


2.2 Reservations are free and made before the departure date. The duration of the flight option reservation differs depending on the limit set by the airline or airlines operating the flights in the booked flight option. The duration of the reservation can be changed at any time by the airline or the airlines that operate the flights from the booked flight option without prior notification to the "EXPLOR-TUR" SRL company. Respectively, the "EXPLOR-TUR" SRL company displays this approximate duration and neither in one case he cannot guarantee it.


2.3 Once the reservation is made, the passenger will receive from ZBOR.MD information about the flight price (valid at the time of booking), as well as information about the conditions and rules applicable to the plane ticket that can be purchased based on that reservation


2.4 All conditions, rules and restrictions applicable to an airline ticket are those dictated by the airline as well as other factors (e.g. the visa requirement), independent of the will of ZBOR.MD. These rules, as well as the price of the plane ticket, can be changed, by the will of those who imposed them, until the moment of the actual purchase of the ticket, without ZBOR.MD being held responsible in any way. The price of the air ticket, for certain flight options, may change during the issuance process. If there will be such a probability of price increase after paying for the flight option by the customer, he will be notified about this before the ticket is issued. If the flight options become more expensive after payment, during the issuing process, the passenger will be offered the possibility to pay the difference to finish issuing the flight options, or he will be reimbursed the amount paid in full, through the same payment method by which the payment was made. Zbor.md cannot be held responsible for the increase in the price of plane tickets during the issuing process, even after payment for this purpose by the customer.


2.5. The presentation at the request of the customer on the web page www.ZBOR.MD.md of the flight options represents the offer of ZBOR.MD and the payment by the customer of one or another option of the offer represents the confirmation of the passenger's agreement to conclude the contract for the sale of plane tickets with ZBOR.MD and the passenger and baggage transport contract with the airline. From the moment the passenger receives the plane ticket according to the offer selected and paid by the customer, the contract for the sale of air tickets between the passenger and ZBOR.MD as well as the transport contract between the airline and the passenger is considered concluded. The route receipt, sent to the electronic address indicated by the customer at the time of selection and payment for the flight, represents the passage document, which confirms the conclusion of the air ticket sales contract and the transport contract.


2.6. By paying for the ticket, the customer confirms that he understands that he is concluding a transport contract and enters into a direct legal relationship directly with the transport company. Also, by paying for the ticket, the Client accepts that if he has any claims related to the transport services, he will submit them directly to the transport company; including in case of its insolvency (bankruptcy). ZBOR.MD is not a guarantor or representative of the transport company.


2.7 At the time of booking a flight, the user has the possibility to enter the details of the loyalty card if he is already enrolled in such a program of an airline company, these loyalty programs are subject to the terms and conditions imposed by the company at who is a registered user/customer.


2.8. Air ticket prices sold through ZBOR.MD are the result of a complex system of tariff rules, contractual tariffs, tariffs published in centralized reservation systems, special tariffs, ZBOR.MD service tariff, etc. Under these conditions, each separate flight requires the calculation of the price applicable to the respective plane ticket. The same flight, with the same company can generate different prices.


2.9. Some rates or special offers cannot be canceled or changed. The user is obliged to check the fare rules for the booked flight ticket.


2.10. Paying for the plane ticket means that the user/passenger has read all the fare conditions and agrees with them


2.11. The plane ticket is the document, document or electronic agreement based on which the flight is carried out. The plane ticket is issued by ZBOR.MD but is the property of the airline for which it was issued.


2.12. The passenger in possession of the purchased plane ticket has the obligation to keep it in good condition and to present it at boarding in order to be admitted to the flight. The loss or damage of the plane ticket by the passenger does not entitle him to receive a new ticket, the failure to take the flight for this reason is the sole responsibility of the passenger, without him being able to claim any kind of compensation from ZBOR.MD or the company.


2.13. The terms of the contract and the information written on the air ticket supplement these general conditions. The passenger who took possession of the air ticket was deemed to have taken cognizance of all this information.


2.14. The Customer/Passenger must comply with the boarding terms (before departure) recommended by the airlines, it is 120 min. for international flights, respectively 90 min. for domestic flights.


2.15. Some airlines require reconfirmation of the flight at least 72 hours before departure. Failure to comply with this rule may result in cancellation of the flight reservation. Airline ticket coupons must be used in consecutive order. In case of non-compliance with this provision, the airline reserves the right to cancel the ticket in question.


2.16. ZBOR.MD is not responsible and cannot claim compensation because the passenger did not fly, under the following conditions:


- the passenger did not show up on time for boarding (120 min before the departure time indicated on the ticket)


- the passenger is refused boarding due to problems related to his personal documents (including the lack of an entry visa for the country of destination, false visa, passport with a ban, etc.) or in the event of an unjustified refusal by the authorities to allow travel.


- other circumstances or cases of force majeure, which ZBOR.MD could not foresee or avoid.


2.17. ZBOR.MD is not responsible for cancellations, delays or schedule changes of the airline for which the ticket was issued, for the quality of the flight or for services related to the flight (eg - lost luggage), obligations that fall directly to the airline. ZBOR.MD, in accordance with the Warsaw International Conventions, is subject to the requests of airlines. In such situations, the passenger will contact the carrier directly, which will compensate the passenger in accordance with international regulations.


2.18. The passenger can cancel the purchased plane ticket at any time, before the departure date. Regardless of the reason for cancellation, with the application of the return policy according to the rules imposed by the airlines. As a rule, with the application of a penalty of 100% of the ticket value including taxes and TSF + 15 EUR cancellation TSF If the company's rules allow more advantageous return conditions, ZBOR.MD will apply these rules, in favor of the passenger, without them affecting the retention of the TSF and cancellation TSF


2.19. The passenger can change the originally purchased ticket under the conditions established by the company for which the ticket was issued, for each individual case, by paying an additional fee established by the airline. As a rule, with the application of a penalty of 100% of the ticket value including taxes and TSF + 15 EUR TSF for cancellation If the company's rules allow more advantageous return conditions, ZBOR.MD will apply these rules, in favor of the passenger, without them affecting the retention of the TSF and Cancellation TSF.


2.20. The passenger can only use component parts of the flight related to the purchased ticket. The passenger's non-appearance on the first flight is considered a ticket cancellation and the provisions of these general conditions apply.


2.21. The passenger cannot transfer the plane ticket to a third person.


2.22. Failure to show up for the flight usually means the loss of the plane ticket, with a penalty of 100% of the ticket value.


2.23. The passenger has the obligation to make sure that he is in order from the point of view of all the formalities necessary for the trip (police, customs, health, passport, visa, etc.), ZBOR.MD having no responsibility towards the passenger from this point of view. Denied boarding for one of these reasons falls under the exclusive responsibility of the passenger, without him being able to claim compensation.


2.24. Due to the situation created by the massive requests for political asylum or illegal stays in Western countries, the authorities of all states, even in the presence of the entry visa issued by the embassies of the respective countries, can refuse without explanation to allow the passenger to cross the border, or board the plane. In such situations, compensation cannot be requested from ZBOR.MD, because the impossibility of carrying out the transport is due to the act of a third party.


3. CONDITIONS. HOTEL RESERVATIONS


3.1. ZBOR.MD, through the related software, or the website www.ZBOR.MD.md, and other sites owned by entities that cooperate with ZBOR.MD offers the Client/User its hotel services described in detail in the individual offers.


3.2. The Client/User can send a request for a hotel reservation through the Reservation System available through the website www.ZBOR.MD.md by entering all the necessary data in the form, and/or other sites owned by entities with which ZBOR cooperates. M.D.


3.3. Confirmation of the request and the tariff. ZBOR.MD sends a confirmation of the request to the e-mail address indicated by the Client/User. The confirmation contains the reservation number, and details about the hotel services, the total price of the services (valid on the date of the reservation), and the selected payment method. The Customer/User/before payment is obliged to check the correctness of the entered data.


3.4. The Client/User must comply with check-in and check-out terms, established by each separate hotel. Usually the normal check-in time is 14:00, and check-out is until 11:00.


3.5. ZBOR.MD is not liable to the Client/User for the improper provision of services, which were ordered and paid for on the spot, in the country of stay or destination.


3.6. The information contained on the web www.ZBOR.MD.md and other promotional materials of ZBOR.MD, are presented at the time of their composition, subsequently, they may differ from the real data, as they undergo changes. All the information about the ordered tourist services corresponds to the existing situation at the time of concluding the Application and may not correspond to the actual data, as they undergo changes.


3.7. ZBOR.MD exclusively uses the classification of hotels made by the supplier companies, which ensure the service of Tourists in the territory of the country of stay in providing information about the categories (number of stars) of the hotels. The classification of hotels is carried out by each such partner company on


based on the standards of its business practices, and may not coincide with the category (number of stars), which is defined by official bodies or by the hotel administration. In connection with the significant differences in the practice of normative regulation of the standardization and certification of hotel services in foreign countries, the official documents confirming the certification of the services can be granted to tourists only in case of their availability at the partner companies.


3.8. By paying for the hotel reservation, the customer confirms that he understands that he is concluding an accommodation contract and enters into a direct legal relationship directly with the accommodation unit. Also, by paying for the reservation, the Client accepts that in case he has any claims related to the accommodation services, he will submit them directly to the accommodation unit. ZBOR.MD is not a guarantor or representative of the accommodation unit or other provider of tourist services.


3.9. By making a booking with an accommodation provider, the Customer/User accepts that they agree to that accommodation provider's cancellation and no-show policy and any other terms and conditions (of delivery) of the accommodation provider that may apply to the booking or stay To the Client/User, including for the services or products offered by the accommodation provider (the terms and conditions of delivery of an accommodation provider can be obtained from the relevant accommodation provider).


4. RATES AND PRICES


4.1. In response to the query completed by the client/user in the search form on the website www.ZBOR.MD or through the related software, all the variants of the tourist services queried and accessible at the time of the query and the prices valid at the time of making the respective request are displayed.


4.2. Some rates or special offers cannot be canceled or changed. The Client/User should check the concrete rules of the tariff of the reserved tourist services.


4.3. For payment by bank card directly on the website, ZBOR.MD will collect the amount for the ticket as follows:


- in Lei (MDL) if the payer's bank card is based on LEI MDL currency


- in Euro currency, regardless of the base currency of the payer's card, with the exception of cards with the MDL Lei currency base.


At the time of payment, the customer chooses which card to pay with.


In addition, in order to minimize the effects of an attempt to defraud the user's credit card, before issuing the travel documents, ZBOR.MD reserves the right to perform random checks: to ask for proof of the user's address, a picture of the card with which the payment is made , a picture with an identity document of the person holding the respective card, as well as a recent account statement. All fees and charges may fluctuate due to exchange rate changes.


4.4. The prices of the services sold through ZBOR.MD are the result of a complex system of tariff rules, contractual tariffs, tariffs published in the centralized reservation systems, special tariffs, service tax of ZBOR.MD, etc. Under these conditions, each individual tourist product requires the calculation of the price applicable to the respective service. The same service, with the same company provider can generate different prices. Given the infinity of prices applicable to tourist services, these, as well as the rules applicable to them, cannot be displayed or published.


4.5. The price of any service implies special conditions, rules and restrictions applicable to that service. The Customer/User/Passenger has the obligation to inform himself about these rules before purchasing the respective product. After purchasing the service, it is considered that the Client/User/Passenger has become aware of all these rules, he can no longer claim that he was not informed.


If the Customer/User/Passenger pays for the plane ticket in cash at the partner agency's headquarters, the payment is made in Moldovan lei, at the exchange rate of commercial banks against EUR, USD or another currency to which the companies' tariffs are linked aerial.


4.7. We do not accept other payment methods than those presented on the Site, and we do not assume any responsibility for the sums of money sent by courier.


4.8. For the specific activity, the ZBOR.MD agency applies a policy of service fees, abbreviated as TSF (Ticket Service Fee or Transaction Service Fee). TSFs are not refundable in case of cancellation or change of flight ticket.


4.9. ZBOR.MD or the Service Provider reserves the right to collect any additional fees (or Commissions) that may arise at the time of credit card reservations. In this case you will be informed of the applicable fees.


5. OTHER TERMS


5.1. This Regulation, as well as the provision of our services, are governed by the legislation in force of the Republic of Moldova, the Rules of the International Air Transport Association (IATA – International Air Transport Association). and the Warsaw Convention


5.2. The display by ZBOR.MD of these general conditions implies the obligation of the Client/User to read them. It is considered that the Client/User/Passenger who purchased the tourist service at ZBOR.MD has become aware of the content of these conditions and he will no longer be able to invoke their ignorance or lack of information.


5.3. Unless otherwise agreed, the information and any computer programs, software, necessary for the provision of ZBOR.MD services and used on the website www.ZBOR.MD.md and the respective copyright and economic rights on them as intellectual property belong to ZBOR.MD or its suppliers.


5.4. All disputes, arising in connection with this Regulation, with the air ticket sales contract, the transport contract and the provision of our services, are resolved through negotiations or in the courts of the Republic of Moldova, unless the Agency indicates otherwise.


5.5. According to the limitations established in this Service Provision Regulation, ZBOR.MD is liable only for direct damages, actually caused or as a result of the actual non-execution of our obligations within the provision of services by us and only within the limit of the commission collected by to the Provider of the respective service.


5.6. In the event that a clause or part of these Terms and Conditions is declared invalid, the remaining valid clauses will continue to have effect.


5.7. If complaints arise in connection with the non-execution or improper execution of the obligations of the ZBOR.MD company provided in the Terms and Conditions, they will be resolved based on negotiations, or in the order of claims.

5.8. All disputes, arising in connection with these Terms and Conditions, and the provision of our services, are settled in the competent courts of the Republic of Moldova.
